GG Home Investment is a real estate investment company based in the Twin Cities. We specialize in finding creative solutions to everyday real estate situations. We buy, fix and sell houses through out the metro area. We understand that difficulties can occur in anyone’s life. We’ve faced them ourselves. That’s why we’re here to help out. Our Specialty is finding creative solutions for sellers and buyers. We renovate those properties that we bought from sellers who had challenges selling them and resell them to retail buyers who look for their dream home. Our company is part of a larger network of real estate investment companies and we have many resources available to us to help create the right solutions for you. We work directly with Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Appraisers, Attorneys and the Title Companies, so we have a pool of resources at our disposal.

 

Hoang Do founded GG Home Investment in 2012. Hoang was born in Vietnam. He was exposed to construction work at a young age. His dad was a carpenter who worked at one of the largest fishing boat manufactures in Vietnam. He has always been fascinated with tools and woodwork. As a child growing up in Vietnam, he built houses out of tree branches and palm fronds and invites his friends over for camping. At age 14, he and his family left Vietnam to move to America for better future. Hoang finished high school and graduate from the University of Minnesota with a Civil engineering degree. After 5 years working for an engineering firm, he decided to do real estate and started this company. With hardworking mindset and a passion for remodeling houses, Hoang quickly became a professional real estate investor and a licensed general contractor.
